The student will obtain:
- Rigorous training in Economic Theory
- Specific mathematical application in relation to Economics
- Methodological analytical tools for economic, political
and social problems
- Knowledge of economic development and its historical
context
- Fundamental application in current economic theory of
various fields of study
The student will be able to:
- To reflect on, analyze and debate about economic problems
that affect society
- Analyze markets in relation to their economic stock
- Identify market business opportunities
- Possess a fundamental knowledge in the process of making
decisions
- Understand and explain economic issues in a global context
- Propose and design strategies for local, regional and
national development
- Design and execute the macroeconomic impact on economic
politics
- Attend postgraduate studies in the area of interest

- Private Sector: all kinds of businesses and sizes; especially
those that focus on regional, national and international
expansion. Such as banks, economic and financial businesses
offices.
- Public Sector: all levels of government treasury; public
autonomous organizations and public businesses. Such as
SHCP, Banxico,
SE, SEDESOL, STPS, SRE, SEMARNAT, INEGI, CFC, IMSS, PEMEX.
- International Sector: multilateral organizations or
of international characteristic. Such as ONU, Banco Mundial,
BID, FMI, OMC.
- Teaching and Research: at the High School and public
level or private institutions of economic research.
